How it works

Trusted creators, focused exposure.

People need to see your brand about 7 times before they buy.

So instead of spreading your budget across scattered one-off posts, we focus it: consistent, targeted exposure through creators their audience already trusts. It saves money, sets you apart, and turns attention into actual customers. Here's how a partnership runs.

Step 1

Start with a call

We get on a call and dig into your goals before anything else.

Step 2

We find the right creators

We look at each creator's voice and audience, then pick the ones that actually fit your brand.

Step 3

We run the campaign

We run the agreed campaign with the creators, on time and on message.

Step 4

We measure it

We pull the numbers, walk you through what worked, and use it to sharpen the next campaign.

Our edge

We've seen every sponsorship on YouTube.

20Msponsored videos, mapped

We maintain a database of every sponsored YouTube video ever made, over 20 million of them, each tagged with who the sponsor was. So we don't guess. We can see exactly who your competitors paid, which creators they used, and how those campaigns actually performed.

  • Map the competition: who is sponsoring whom, and how often.
  • Benchmark a creator's real sponsorship performance before a dollar is spent.
  • Pick proven creators in your category for maximum audience penetration.

Frequently asked

FAQ

Why creators instead of regular ads? +
People skip ads. They don't skip the creators they follow. A recommendation inside content an audience already trusts carries weight a banner never will, and it usually costs less than the equivalent ad spend. There are two extra pieces most brands miss. First, the creator's audience already self-selected to be there, so a lot of your targeting is pre-done. Second, the placement keeps working long after the campaign ends. The video stays up, the recommendation stays public, and people are still finding it months later.
How do you keep the creator's style intact? +
We protect the creator's voice, because that's the whole reason their audience listens in the first place. Our writers work with them to build your message into the video naturally, so it lands like part of the content instead of an ad break people skip. The process is usually: we send the brief, the creator drafts the segment in their own style, we tighten the messaging without flattening the voice, and you get to approve before anything goes live. If the message starts feeling forced, we rewrite it. A bad-feeling integration hurts the brand more than it helps.
How do you pick which creators to use? +
We match on fit and audience, not follower count, and we check it against data rather than vibes. Our database of 20 million sponsored videos shows us which creators have run campaigns in your category and how those performed, so we can spot a proven fit and avoid a creator who looks great but converts badly. On top of that we look at who actually watches, how engaged they are, and whether they reply in the comments. For most campaigns we suggest a mix: one larger channel to anchor reach, plus smaller engaged channels to drive conversions. We tell you why we picked each one.
How do you measure the results of a campaign? +
After a campaign runs, we pull the numbers and walk you through what worked. That means views in the first seven and thirty days, click-through if there's a link, code redemptions if there's a promo, comment sentiment around the integration, and any conversion data you can pipe back to us. We're honest about which metrics are easy to read and which ones are more directional. What we learn from one campaign shapes how we plan the next, and we don't paper over the parts that underperformed.
What kind of budgets do you work with? +
Campaigns start at $2,000 total. That can be a single creator or several smaller ones bundled together, but the minimum per campaign is $2k. Below that, the numbers just don't move enough to be worth your time or ours. Smaller budgets work best as a focused pilot so you can see how a partnership feels before committing; larger budgets let us layer different audience types and run across a quarter or a year. Start with a short call and we'll scope something that fits, with a clear breakdown of where the money goes.
How involved do we need to be? +
As much or as little as you want. Hand us the brief and we'll run it end to end, or stay close and approve each step. The full touchpoint list is usually: a kickoff call, brief sign-off, creator pick, draft approval, and a final report. If you want the hands-off version, the only two things you really need to weigh in on are the brief at the start and the deliverable at the end. Either way you get one point of contact and a clear report when the campaign closes.
What does it cost to get started? +
Nothing. The first call is free and there's no commitment. We'll cover your goals, what kind of creators we'd suggest and why, a rough budget range, and a realistic timeline. You leave with enough information to make a decision internally, including the version where you decide we're not the right fit. We'd rather have that conversation upfront than push a campaign that won't work.
